Inspired by the Cleanliness Drive!

Inspired by the Cleanliness Awareness Programme held at our school on 17th June, the students of Classes IV and V expressed their interest in selecting a student coordinator for Cleanliness to represent their classes. To invigorate their energy and enthusiasm, we made the decision to conduct a paper ballot election to choose the coordinators. The election will be held tomorrow from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.

Punctuality Matters!

Welcome to the new academic year 2023-24!

The school is making special efforts to instill the quality of punctuality in its students, recognizing that the habits they cultivate during their school years will have a lasting impact on their lives. We kindly request parents to assist their wards in arriving at school on time. Let us all come together to nurture this habit in our students!

Each individual possesses an equal amount of the most valuable resource in the world: time. Consistently being punctual is a direct outcome of proper planning, personal discipline, and demonstrating respect for other people's time.

How does arriving late to school affect students?

When a student arrives late to school, they miss out on important aspects such as the daily assembly, teachers' instructions, and crucial announcements. Additionally, the student may feel embarrassed upon entering the classroom.

Why is it important for students to be punctual to school?

Being punctual has several benefits for students:

1. Improves Confidence and Efficiency: Timeliness boosts confidence and allows students to effectively manage their time, leading to increased efficiency in their tasks.

2. Develops Reliability, Dependability, and Responsibility: Punctuality instills a sense of reliability, dependability, and responsibility in students, reflecting positively on their character.

3. Reduces Stress and Promotes Peacefulness: By being punctual, students can avoid unnecessary stress and create a peaceful environment for themselves and others.

4. Earns Respect from Peers and Authority Figures: Being consistently punctual earns students respect from their peers and authority figures, highlighting their commitment and professionalism.

Why is punctuality important to your ward?

Punctuality holds significance for your ward due to the following reasons:

1. Success Depends on Timeliness: Your ward's success hinges on performing tasks at the right time, emphasizing the importance of being punctual.

2. Sharpens Discipline: Being punctual sharpens your ward's discipline and reinforces good habits.

3. Facilitates Effective Time Management: Punctuality enables your ward to make the most of their time, leading to better achievements and productivity.

4. Enhances the Right Mindset: Being punctual helps your ward maintain the right frame of mind for optimal learning and engagement.

5. Promotes Honesty and Integrity: Punctuality eliminates the need for making excuses for being late, fostering a sense of honesty and integrity in your ward.

Remember, being on time demonstrates care and consideration for others.
