Embracing NEP Bagless Days!

In accordance with the Council's directives, the Middle School Section will have ten bagless days in the academic year 2024-25. These special days will feature exciting sessions led by guest speakers, followed by activities aligned with the National Education Policy guidelines.

We are thrilled to kick off the bagless days at Primrose with an exceptional session by Dr. Udhayasankar.C, Professor and Head of the Department of Dermatology at Indira Gandhi Medical College & Research Institute, Pondicherry, on Saturday, June 29, 2024.

Dr. Udhayasankar is a Consultant Dermatologist and an esteemed educator for both undergraduate medical students and postgraduate dermatology students. His areas of expertise include Clinical Dermatology, Aesthetic Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology, and Dermatologic Surgery. This session is a fantastic opportunity for our Middle School students to engage with Dr. Udhayasankar and draw inspiration from his remarkable achievements in the field of dermatology. We are confident that his insights and experiences will leave a lasting impact on our students and motivate them to pursue their own academic and professional goals with enthusiasm and dedication.

Mrs. Savitha M., our Teacher-in-Zoology, is the Coordinator for the NEP activities in AY 2024-25. A passionate and enthusiastic teacher, Mrs. Savitha finds great joy in every activity she undertakes for her students and the school. Kudos to Mrs. Savitha for shouldering the responsibility of organizing and overseeing this year’s activities! All the Best for the upcoming NEP Bagless Days!

Pledge Against Drug Abuse

On the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, the students and teachers of Primrose School actively participated in a pledge-taking ceremony against drug abuse, following the instructions from the authorities. The pledge, led by Mrs. Gayathri M., was repeated by the students with earnestness and commitment. This event is seen as a crucial step in educating and creating awareness among the students about the severe and destructive effects of drug abuse. By engaging in this pledge, the school aims to empower students to make informed decisions, resist peer pressure, and contribute to a safer and healthier community. The initiative underscores the importance of collective effort in combating drug abuse and fostering a supportive environment for everyone. We express our special thanks to Mr.G.Kalaiarasan, SHO - Reddiyarpalayam PS for passionately guiding us with the event.
