Guiding Young Minds Through Adolescence

A special session was organized for the students of Classes VIII and IX on the most transformative phase of their lives: Adolescence.

We were fortunate to have Dr. Soundarya K, Director of Sai Janani Women Care Centre, lead this insightful program. With her expertise, warmth, and engaging approach, she addressed the many questions and curiosities that naturally arise during this sensitive stage.

The session was not just informative - it was enriching and empowering. Students learned about the physical, emotional, and social changes of adolescence, while also being guided on how to navigate them with confidence and responsibility. What stood out most was the way Dr. Soundarya made the students feel comfortable, heard, and understood -turning what is often considered a confusing phase into one of growth, strength, and self-discovery.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Soundarya for her efforts in making this program meaningful and impactful. Her session truly planted seeds of awareness and resilience in the young hearts of our students, ensuring they step into their future with clarity and courage.

CPR Training at Primrose School

At Primrose School, we have always believed that education goes beyond textbooks – it is about preparing our children to face life with courage, compassion, and confidence. In line with this vision, our school had the immense privilege of being chosen to host The School CPR Program, a joint initiative of ISCCM and IRCF, conducted by the expert medical team from JIPMER.

This programme was much more than a training session. It was a movement to empower every student with the ability to act during critical moments. The session equipped them with essential life-saving CPR skills, reminding us that sometimes, the most powerful tools are not machines or medicines, but our very own hands and presence of mind.

The day was made even more special by the gracious presence of Dr. Nalini Parthasarathi, Padma Shri Awardee, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nalini_Parthasarathiwhose inspiring words deeply moved everyone present. Her guidance and encouragement served as a reminder that every individual, no matter their age, has the power to make a difference when it matters the most. Having such a distinguished personality among us was truly a blessing and an honor for our school community.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Nanda Kishore Maroju, whose enthusiasm and commitment to spreading awareness made this programme a reality at Primrose. It was his initiative, along with the dedicated team of doctors from JIPMER, that brought this invaluable training to our students and teachers. Their effort in approaching the school with such a meaningful plan reflects their true spirit of service to society.

Our Sincere Thanks to Team JIPMER

LinguaFusion 2025

On 30th August 2025, Primrose School came alive with the colors of words and cultures as we celebrated LinguaFusion — an event that wove together the beauty of four vibrant languages: Tamil, English, French, and Hindi. The day was a tribute to the harmony of diversity, and the joy of multilingual learning.

The Chief Guest of the day was Mr. S.V. Anand, who reminded us that learning multiple languages does more than refine communication skills — it opens doors to new worlds, broadens horizons, and nurtures empathy across cultures.

More than just an exhibition, LinguaFusion was an experience — an exploration of how words carry history, emotion, and imagination.

A heartfelt note of appreciation goes out to our dedicated language teachers, who crafted an elegant and meaningful showcase. Equal gratitude is owed to our teaching and non-teaching staff, whose efforts behind the scenes ensured that the event sparkled with grace and colour.

LinguaFusion was not just celebrated — it was felt, lived, and cherished. For in every language lies a story, and together, they form the symphony of humanity.
